3. Takedown Procedure
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Postr.yruz.one may:
- remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content,
- notify the affected user,
- and take additional enforcement actions where appropriate.
We reserve the right to remove content without prior notice.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your name and contact information
- Identification of the removed material and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court
- Your physical or electronic signature

If the original complainant does not initiate legal proceedings within the legally required timeframe, we may restore the content.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Postr.yruz.one maintains and reasonably implements a policy for terminating or restricting users who repeatedly infringe copyrights. Platforms that fail to enforce repeat infringer policies can lose DMCA safe harbor protections.
Users who receive multiple valid copyright complaints may have their content removed, accounts suspended, or accounts permanently terminated at our sole discretion.
Attempts to evade enforcement actions through alternate accounts may also result in termination.
6. Neutral Platform Status
Postr.yruz.one is a neutral hosting platform and does not pre-screen or actively monitor all user-generated content.
We are not responsible for content submitted by users. However, we reserve the right to investigate, restrict, or remove content that violates our Terms of Service, applicable laws, or intellectual property rights.
DMCA safe harbor protections generally apply only where the platform itself is not directly participating in infringing activity.
7. False or Fraudulent Claims
Submitting knowingly false DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in legal liability.
We reserve the right to take action against abusive or fraudulent copyright complaints.
