2. Platform Owner Disclaimer
postr.yruz.one is a user-generated content platform. We do not review or verify the legality of content before it is posted. The responsibility for any content uploaded rests entirely with the user who posted it.
By using postr.yruz.one, users agree:
- Not to upload, distribute, or publish any content that violates intellectual property rights;
- To accept full legal responsibility for the content they share;
- That any violations may result in content removal, user account suspension, or legal consequences.
We will remove or disable access to material claimed to be infringing if a valid DMCA notice is received, and we may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate users who are repeat infringers.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its original location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
